This policy explains what information Oracle Hand (the “App”) uses, where it goes, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language. The short version: your profile stays on your phone, palm photos are used only to make your reading, your crystal-ball questions and dream searches are never sent anywhere, we do not run ads, and we do not use analytics or tracking tools.
The App stores the following only on your phone, in the App’s private storage:
We do not have an account system. We cannot see, recover or delete this information from our side, because we never receive it as a stored record. You can delete it at any time by removing individual readings in the App or by uninstalling the App.
The App asks for permission to use your camera so you can photograph your palm, and optionally to read a photo you pick from your library. You choose each photo. The App does not read your other photos.
AI palm reading. To write your reading, the App can send the palm photo, together with the name, star sign and birth date you entered, over an encrypted connection to a cloud function that we operate. Those details are used only to personalise the reading. That function passes the photo and those details to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, which analyses the image and returns the text of the reading. Our function does not save your photo, your name, your birth date, the reading or any identifier for you. Anthropic processes the image to provide the service under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train its models on this data, and it may keep inputs for a limited time for safety and abuse prevention as described in its own policies (see https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
If the cloud engine is unavailable or not configured, the App creates the reading entirely on your device, and nothing is sent anywhere.
Horoscopes. Horoscope text may be fetched from the same cloud function. Only the sign, the time period and the date are requested. No personal information is sent.
Premium subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment card or Apple/Google account details.
We use RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) to confirm which purchases you have and to unlock the right features. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier created for your install, your purchase and subscription status, and basic technical data needed to verify the purchase with the store. We do not receive your name or email through this process.
Store rating prompt. After your first completed palm reading, the App may ask you once to rate it. This uses the rating window built into your phone by Apple or Google. The App collects no data for this, and we do not learn whether you rated the App or what you said.

These providers act on our behalf or under their own terms and may only use the data to provide their service.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom), and it is not designed to be used by them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App to send us information, contact us and we will help.
Readings, horoscopes, tarot and numerology in the App are for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
Data in transit to our cloud function is encrypted (HTTPS). Because your profile and photos are kept on your device, their security also depends on your device’s own protections such as a passcode. Our cloud function does not keep your photo. Request logs kept by our hosting provider for operational reasons are deleted after a short period.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, California and other US states), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Almost everything the App uses is on your own device, where you can see and delete it yourself. For anything else, including questions about data sent to our cloud function, email us at support@psupro.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal basis for processing a palm photo you send for a reading is performing the service you asked for (and your consent when you choose to send the photo). You can withdraw consent at any time by not using the AI reading. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We may update this policy. The new version will carry a new effective date and, for material changes, we will tell you in the App or in the release notes.
