Using the app
Spooky Word Hunt is a game for entertainment and learning. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian is responsible for that use and for any purchase.
Purchases
The app offers one optional, one-time purchase ("Spooky Premium") that unlocks all word packs, unlimited hints and premium avatars. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; to ask for a refund, use the store's refund process. You can restore a previous purchase from the grown-ups area of the app.
Our content
The app, its artwork, word lists and sounds belong to PSU Pro, LLC or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play. Please do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app.
Sharing
Result cards you share are yours to send, and we ask that you share them kindly. We do not host or moderate shared images.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fun and bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption. To the extent the law allows, PSU Pro, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app.
Privacy
Our practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which says we collect no personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
