Short version: HITCH has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Your game stats stay on your device. The one optional purchase is handled by Apple or Google and confirmed through RevenueCat. We never see your card details.
Effective date: October 10, 2026. This policy explains how PSU Pro, LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the HITCH mobile app and on this website.
1. What stays on your device
Your statistics, streaks, puzzle progress and settings (such as theme and haptics) are stored only on your device. We do not receive them and we have no server holding them. The app has no account or sign-up, no advertising, no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK.
2. Purchases (HITCH Plus)
HITCH Plus is an optional one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat privacy policy) to confirm that a purchase is valid and to restore it. RevenueCat receives your purchase history for this app (what you bought and when) and an anonymous app user ID it generates for the app installation, along with basic technical information needed to validate the purchase. It does not receive your name or email address from us. We use this only to unlock HITCH Plus, to restore purchases and to prevent fraud.
3. No accounts, no sharing of your gameplay
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The Share button uses your device's system share sheet and shares plain text that you choose to send; we do not receive it.
4. Children's privacy
HITCH is a general-audience puzzle app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at support@psupro.com and we will help.
5. How long data is kept and how to delete it
Gameplay data lives on your device until you delete it. To remove it, use Settings > Reset statistics and progress in the app, or uninstall the app. Purchase records held by RevenueCat are governed by its policy; you can ask us at support@psupro.com to request deletion of your RevenueCat record. Purchase records may also be retained by Apple or Google as required by law.
6. Security
Data sent by the purchase SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what is collected so there is little to protect.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data. Because we hold almost no personal data ourselves, the simplest control is the in-app reset described above. You can also contact us at support@psupro.com.
8. This website
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical information such as your IP address when you visit, as described in the GitHub privacy statement. We do not add cookies, analytics or trackers to it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or in the app store listing.
